Go to Dashboard > Files

Click on the file whose versions you wish to delete (but not on the checkbox; see Figure 1) and select Properties.

The Properties panel will open, showing the Details tab.

Select the Versions tab. You will see a list of versions for the file.

Click the Delete link on the far right to delete a particular version of an file.
Note: you cannot delete the currently selected (approved) version of a file.

Click Close in the upper right to close the Properties panel.
