Finding Users

  1. Go to Dashboard > Users > Users.

  2. In the Search box, enter the word(s) you want to search for.

    You can enter either of the following:

    • Username

    • Email address

  3. Additionally, in the Group(s) box, you may enter the Group(s) that the User(s) belongs to.

  4. Set Results Per Page depending upon how many results you wish to see

    Your choices are 10 (the default), 25, 50, 100, & 500.

  5. Press Advanced Search to the right of Results Per Page if you want to search using additional fields

    Your choices for additional fields are:

    • Registered Between

    • Activated Users

    • Name

    • Full Name

    NOTE: If you ask WebSanity to track additional fields for Users, those will appear here.

  6. Press + to add other search fields

  7. Press – to remove search fields

  8. Once your search fields are in place, press Search

TIP: See more than 10 Users per page

If you want to see more than 10 files per page, change Results Per Page to a larger number, like 100, but leave the Search box blank.

Press the Search button, and you’ll see 100 files per page.

Filtering + Searching

You can filter in correspondence with searching, or separately. In other words, you can do any of these:

  • Search, and then filter the results

  • Search without filtering

  • Filter without searching

Steps for filtering users

  1. Go to Dashboard > Users > Users.

  2. In the Group(s) text box, enter or select the groups you want to filter.

  3. Press Search.
