Understand exactly what you’re changing
The person who initially created the Page is considered the Owner, but you can change that. Changing the Owner, however, does not affect Permissions. For more on Permissions, see Setting a Page’s Permissions.
Steps for changing a Page's Owner

Go to the page whose Owner you want to change.

Hover over Edit and press Properties.
The Properties panel will open.

Click on Select User and change the Owner.

Press Save.
