Inserting & Deleting Table Rows

Insert Row Below

To insert a row below a selected row, follow these steps:

1. Click in a cell in a row under which you wish to insert a row.

2. Press the Insert Row Before button.

Insert Row Above

To insert a row above a selected row, follow these steps:

1. Click in a cell in a row above which you wish to insert a row.

2. Press the Insert Row Before button.

Remove Row

To delete a row, follow these steps:

1. Click in a cell in a row you wish to delete.

2. Press the Remove Row button.

You can use this button to remove an entire table if you’d like—just delete every row until there’s nothing left. If you’re in a hurry, you can easily delete an entire table with just two clicks.
