Find/Replace

  1. Press Find/Replace to open the Find/Replace panel.

  2. In the Find/Replace window, fill in the necessary information.

    Find What: The word or phrase for which you’re searching.

    Replace With: The word or phrase you want to substitute.

    Direction: Your search begins from the current position of your cursor. If you want the search to start at your cursor and move to the top of the WYSIWYG editor, choose Up; to move in the opposite direction, choose Down.

    Match Case: Check this box if you want your search to match exactly, so that searching for “websanity” would not match “WebSanity”.

  3. Press the appropriate button for your needs.

    Find Next: Look for your search word or phrase.

    Replace: Replace the search word or phrase with your substitute word or phrase.

    Replace All: Replace every instance of your search word or phrase with your substitute word or phrase.

  4. When you’re finished, press the Cancel button.
