Hover over the Dashboard button in the Toolbar and click Posts.
The Posts panel will appear.

Click on the Post.

Click Edit.
The Edit Post panel will appear.

Press Properties.

Under Categories, check the checkboxes next to the appropriate Categories. To deselect Categories, uncheck.
Under Tags, either type in or click on the appropriate Tags. To deselect a Tag, click on the X next to that Tag.

Press Save.
